You’ve probably noticed some changes on the Ascend Sports Conditioning (ASC) website and blog the past few days. Specifically, we’ve added several links to our presence in the social universe, namely Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Flickr. We’ve also added (and will continue to add) links to other blogs and sites that cover triathlon, climbing and adventure sports, which you can find on the Ascending Higher blog roll. There are so many great sites out there and people writing great articles on training tips, that we’ve tried to highlight the best of the best.

So, take a second and do the following:

• become a fan of Ascend Sports Conditioning on Facebook– We’ll cross-post articles, promote events, drive discussions and also give you a chance to connect with other multisport enthusiasts.
• follow Ascend Sports Conditioning on Twitter– Keep up with the latest from ASC, including tweets on latest multisport tips.
• subscribe to Ascend Sports Conditioning YouTube channel– We’ve already added and will continue to add videos on a variety of training topics, as well as post the latest videos of ASC and our athletes.
• subscribe to Ascend Sports Conditioning Flickr photo stream– We’ll post a variety of multisport photos from our adventures, as well as those of our athletes.
